In 1992, Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC London.
Later the same year Nick joined the corporate finance department of the Nordbanken group. His work included advising international public and private companies. He passed the SFA’s Securities Representative examinations.
Nick joined Cavendish in 1995, where he was subsequently appointed Director, M&A. During his time with Cavendish, Nick completed transactions across a broad range of sectors including business services, consumer, distribution, healthcare products & services, manufacturing and retail.
Mark is a corporate development professional with over 25 years experience in M&A, strategy and investor relations.
In Corporate Development Director roles at TDG Plc, Impellam Group Plc and Swissport, Mark has delivered over £400m of acquisitions and disposals in the UK and Continental Europe. Mark’s sector experience includes Business to Business (B2B) Services, Logistics, Aviation, IT software and services, Infrastructure and Recruitment.
Mark is a University of Durham graduate (BA Hons) and holds an MBA from Cass Business School, City University (London).
